Our hours of service availability are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Yes, we are available on the weekends and on Holidays. 

It is important to mention though, if your need for service or repairs occurs after 2300 our ability to provide some fluids or parts becomes nearly impossible to source and obtain.  We make mention of this difficulty because there have been occasions that we were unable to complete the repair due to this fact.  If we are unable to complete the repair, due to fluids or  parts availability, the customer incurs additional cost when repairs are completed during the second service vehicle dispatch.

We suggest you contact us regardless of the time of night.  We may be able to source what your equipment needs and pick it up on our way to your location.       

If you are in a safe location and are willing to continue your rest period or start your rest period, our availability is worth the wait.  As an option, you can contact us through our email after 2230 if you've decided to wait. Your email will be viewed at 0600 the following morning.  Your contact will place your needs at or near the top of the dispatch schedule.  You will be contacted when our office opens at 0600.

Try not to stress about the breakdown. Enjoy what rest you've earned. Having an excuse to get more rest is more restful then resting without the excuse. We will contact you in the morning and get it sorted out.
