Our hours of service availability are from 0700 until 2230, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays we do offer extended hours. From 0700 on Saturday until 2230 on Sunday.  The reason is parts availability after 2230 is nearly impossible to source and obtain. There have been occasions that we were unable to complete the repair due to this fact. If we are unable to complete the repair, due to parts availability, the customer incurs an additional trip charge when repairs are completed during the second service vehicle dispatch. 

We are also intent on creating a work-life balance that our technicians can live with. It has been our experience that skilled technicians who are expected to be on call during the very early morning hours, after they have retired for the night, are seldom content to remain employed.

Furthermore, we maintain a shop and office that opens at 0700. And remains open, sometimes, late into the evening. In the interest of safety and a reasonable work-life  balance we close all operations at 2230. The work we perform creates a long and tiring day.

We apologize for this obvious inconvenience, however...

If you are in a safe location and are willing to continue your rest period or start your rest period, our availability is worth the wait. Contact us through our email link after 2230. Your email will be viewed at 0700 the following morning. Your contact will place your needs at or near the top of the dispatch schedule. You will be contacted when our office opens.

Try not to stress about the breakdown. Enjoy what rest you've earned. Having an excuse to get more rest is more restful then resting without the excuse. We will contact you in the morning and get it sorted out.
